On Oct.24, 2016, CWPC signed a contract of clean and efficient power plant (1*220MW) with Phogsubthavy (hereinafter referred to as PSG). Mr. Yang Jun-President of CWPC said that in recent years , CWPC actively responds to the call of One Belt and One Road and led by “251 Three-year Action Plan” and “Enterprises Going-out”, it actively expands overseas markets with the correct leadership of Zigong municipal party Committee and Government and the strong support from Business Office of Sichuan province and Zigong City .At the same time ,he also pointed out that through the cooperation between both sides ,we will make use of coal resources with low heating value and high sulfur content in Laos to make inferior coal resources in Laos industrialized, to provide  green power ,create more jobs and raise income for people in Laos.
